1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Modus Tasks platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the services. These terms apply to all users, including Advertisers (Clients) and Workers.
2. Description of Service
Modus Tasks provides a marketplace connecting individuals or businesses who need micro-tasks completed ("Advertisers") with individuals willing to complete those tasks ("Workers"). Modus Tasks provides the infrastructure, AI optimization tools, and payment facilitation for these interactions.
3. User Obligations
For Advertisers: You must provide accurate task instructions and timely payment for approved work. You may not use the platform for illegal activities or to collect sensitive personal information without explicit consent.
For Workers: You must complete tasks with honesty and accuracy. Attempting to automate tasks or submit fraudulent proof will result in permanent account termination.
4. Payments and Fees
- Advertisers pay a 5% platform fee on total campaign budgets.
- Workers are paid instantly upon task approval.
- Minimum withdrawal thresholds and regional processing fees may apply.
- Refunds for unspent advertiser budgets are credited back to the internal wallet.
5. Dispute Resolution
Modus Tasks provides a mediation service for disputed rejections. Our decision in these matters is final and binding for both parties to maintain the integrity of the marketplace.
6. Limitation of Liability
Modus Tasks is a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of work beyond our mediation process or the specific nature of tasks created by advertisers.
